Basically, what we do is cut large quantities of material to the same size/shape as the customer wants it.

With our 22-ton press (pictured below), we are able to diecut a wide variety of materials. (For a list of them click here) Our customers send us the product specifications, either by fax or email, and ship the materials for us to cut. If we need to we have a die made, then we cut the material and ship the finished parts promptly. We usually ship by UPS, USPS, or for palletted shipments we ship via truck. We also have a forklift to load and unload bulky items shipped to us on pallets.
